Construction Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor who can lead crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and help ensure our drywall and framing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. Candidates should have strong knowledge of commercial construction, drywall, metal framing, scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety. We expect excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work professionally with project managers, general contractors, foremen, and field personnel. Previous supervisory experience in drywall construction is strongly preferred.
Secretary
We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. Responsibilities may include answering phone calls and emails, organizing documents, maintaining project records, assisting with invoices, payroll documentation, scheduling, and communication with customers, vendors, employees, and general contractors. Candidates should be professional, detail-oriented, comfortable using computers and office software, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Construction office experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are highly valued.
Driver
We are looking for a responsible and dependable Driver to assist with the transportation and delivery of tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to our jobsites. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the ability to safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic and company safety requirements. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, able to communicate with supervisors and field crews, and willing to assist with loading and unloading when necessary. Experience working around construction sites and handling construction materials is preferred.
Site ForemanÂ
We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to lead drywall and framing crews and oversee day-to-day field operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with drywall installation, metal framing, layout, plan reading, production coordination, and quality control. Responsibilities include assigning work to crew members, tracking progress, coordinating materials, enforcing safety requirements, identifying field issues, and communicating with supervisors and other trades. We expect our foremen to be reliable, professional, productive, and capable of leading by example while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
Drywall hanger
We are looking for experienced Drywall Hangers who can safely and efficiently install drywall on walls, ceilings, shafts, and other required areas according to project plans and specifications. Candidates should be familiar with measuring, cutting, fitting, and fastening drywall panels, working with different types and thicknesses of gypsum board, and maintaining clean and accurate installations. We expect our drywall hangers to be reliable, productive, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team. Commercial construction experience, knowledge of proper fastening patterns, and the ability to read basic plans and layouts are strongly preferred.
Labor
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to support our drywall and framing crews on active jobsites. Responsibilities may include moving and organizing materials, loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining clean and safe work areas, assisting installers and framers, preparing work areas, and performing other general construction duties as needed. Candidates should be punctual, willing to learn, able to follow instructions, and comfortable performing physical work throughout the day. Previous construction experience is preferred but not always required for motivated individuals who are willing to learn and grow with our team.
Steel Framing
We are looking for skilled Steel Framing installers with experience building interior and exterior metal stud framing systems for commercial construction projects. Candidates should be able to perform layout, install tracks and metal studs, frame walls, ceilings, soffits, openings, headers, and other assemblies according to plans and specifications. The ideal candidate understands measurements, elevations, spacing requirements, proper fastening methods, and basic blueprint reading. We expect our framers to work safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and coordinating professionally with supervisors and other trades.
